Venue: Olympic Sports Centre
Show Date: January 20-21, 2024 (Saturday and Sunday)
VIP A1-A4 Admission Arrangement (For $2699 ticketholders)
Queue Time Starts: 10AM @ G11/12 Standing Audience Queuing Area
Queue Cut-off Time: 1:15PM (Ticketholders who arrive after 1:15PM will be required to enter the venue after all audience within the queueing area has been admitted)
VIP Doors Open: 1:30PM
VIP Soundcheck Starts: 2:30PM
Show Starts: 6PM
Door open time will be subject to change as the case may be.
Zone B1 & B2 Standing Admission Arrangement (For $1699 ticketholders)
Queue Time Starts: 11AM @ G11/12 Standing Audience Queuing Area
Queue Cut-off Time: 3:15PM (Ticketholders who arrive after 3:15PM will be required to enter the venue after all audience within the queueing area has been admitted)
Doors Open: 3:30PM
Show Starts: 6PM
Door open time will be subject to change as the case may be.

VIP Experience Arrangements
• All VIP Experience ticket holders must queue up and enter the venue via the Queuing Area. VIP laminates and lanyards will be distributed upon check-in, uncollected items will be forfeited.
• VIPs may stay inside the venue after Soundcheck.
• All packages are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Latecomers will not be admitted.
• VIP Experiences and details are subject to change; please refer to Live Nation HK social media channels for the latest news and updates.
• If participants fail to comply with the instructions given by on-site staff members, the organizer reserves the right to refuse their participation in the VIP Experience.

Please have your show-day concert ticket and valid permanent identity card or travel document ready before ticket check, in order to ensure a smooth ticket check process.

• Queue will cut off at 5:30 PM on event day.
• Operation hours will end earlier when all products are sold out.
• All items will be available for sale (while stocks last) on both January 20 & 21

• Payment methods: No cash accepted, we only accept: Visa / Master / Apple Pay / Union Pay / Alipay / WeChat Pay.
• Please bring your own shopping bag.
• Exchange of defect products will be possible immediately after purchase. There will be no refunds or exchanges after you have left the merchandise booth.
Arrangement for Standing Zone
- All audiences are required to wear a wristband for crowd control and contingency management.
- For audience who would like to re-enter the venue, please present your ticket BEFORE exiting the event hall for scanning out. Upon re-entering, present your ticket for scanning in. Olympic Sports Centre and the event organiser reserves the right to amend the admission procedures from time to time.
- The order of admission to the Standing Zone is based on the designated queuing number as printed on the admission ticket and the confirmation email. The queuing number is automatically generated by the ticketing system after each successful transaction.
- Queuing Area for the Standing Zone ticket holders opens 6 hours before show time, subject to change based on actual situation. Standing Zone ticket holders should queue up at the Queuing Area according to both the TICKET PRICE/ SECTION and the sequence of queuing number as printed on the admission ticket.
- Standing Zone ticket admission begins 1.5 hours before show time, subject to change based on actual situation, according to the queuing number. The queuing number printed on the ticket will no longer be valid once the admission to venue commences. Standing Zone ticket holders who arrive after the commencement of admission would be required to enter the venue after all the tickets holders within the Queuing Area have been admitted.
- The arrangement above will be subject to change based on the actual situation. Olympic Sports Centre and the event organiser reserves the right to amend the arrangement without prior notice.
Important Notice
1. Standing Zones: Only allowed for person aged 12 or above and with height 140cm or above.
2. Seating Zones: Only allowed for person aged 3 or above.
3. Each ticket admits one person only. A valid original ticket must be provided for admission.
4. All tickets must purchase from official ticketing agents. Defaced, damaged, copied or otherwise altered tickets will not be entertained.
5. All tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable or non-exchangeable.
6. Ticket must be scanned before exiting the hall if you wish to re-enter. Failure to do so may result in inability to re-enter, no refunds shall be provided.
7. No ticket scalping is allowed. Olympic Sports Centre and the event organiser reserve the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association.
8. Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the event. However, admittance is not guaranteed due to lateness.
9. The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of Olympic Sports Centre, event organiser and the official ticketing agent, as amended from time to time without notice, and use of this ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of same.
10. Bag searches will be conducted prior to entering the event hall. Bags/ boxes/ luggage larger than the dimensions of 56 x 36 x 23 cm are not allowed in the venue.
11. No photography equipment, tablets, selfie sticks, recording devices or tripods is allowed.
12. No drones or demote-controlled flying devices is allowed.
13. No metal and glass containers are allowed.
14. Explosives, dangerous goods, inflammable materials, hazardous substances, balloons and inflatable items are prohibited inside the venue.
15. Possessing and using fireworks, pyro, aerosols or laser device, laser pointers, laser sticks and laser pens are prohibited.
16. Alcoholic beverages, controlled substances or drugs is prohibited inside the venue.
17. No offensive items, weapons, scissors, firearms (real or fake) , or items longer than 1 foot is allowed.
18. No banners/ signs/ flags larger than 50cm x 50cm or luminous headgear is allowed.
19. Folding stools, chairs, footrests or ladders is prohibited inside the venue.
20. No baby strollers, recreational devices with wheels, hand carts or transportation tools with wheels is allowed.
21. No animals are permitted Olympic Sports Centre except registered guide dogs upon obtaining prior written consent of Olympic Sports Centre and the event organiser.
22. Smoking is prohibited in the venue, including but not limited to electronic cigarettes, ignited cigarettes, cigars, or pipes.
23. No littering, urinating and spitting are allowed. Please take your belongings and dispose of trash in bins.
24. No compressed air horns, mobile amplifiers or speakers is allowed.
25. Patrons who throw objects on stage will be immediately ejected from the venue without refunds.
26. Performance may contain strong and strobe lighting and smoke, please inform any medical staff or security of Olympic Sports Centre, if feeling unwell or any assistance is needed.
27. Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within Olympic Sports Centre.
28. Olympic Sports Centre as the venue provider cannot guarantee the participant’s view is totally free from any obstruction during an event.
29. Olympic Sports Centre and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
30. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.
