Queueing Hall

  1. What is a queueing number?

    A queueing number is assigned to your ticket and determines your position in the line for entering the venue. When the queueing hall officially opens, you can enter and queue according to your assigned number. Once doors open for your specific ticket category, patrons will enter based on their queueing number. Queueing numbers after the doors open will no longer be valid.

  2. What if I arrive after doors open? 

    If you arrive after the doors open, you can still enter the venue in the designated zone on your ticket, but your queueing number will no longer apply.

  3. Do I need to arrive when the queue time starts?

    No, you are not required to arrive when the queue time starts. For example, if the queueing time begins at 4 pm and doors open at 6:30 pm, you can arrive anytime between 4 - 6:30 pm and still enter the queueing hall based on your assigned number.

  4. Can we go out after entering the queueing hall?

    Yes, you may exit and re-enter the queueing hall. Please remember to scan your ticket as you exit. Your position in the queue for entering the event hall remains valid until the doors officially open.

  5. Someone is standing in the wrong position, what can I do?

    If you notice someone in the wrong order or queue, please contact a member of staff in the queueing hall for assistance.

Merchandise

  1. What time does the merchandise store open?

    Charlie Puth official merchandise will be available from 3-6 pm exclusively for VIP ticketholders and will open to all attendees starting at 6 pm.

  2. Can I still buy merch after the show ends?

    Yes, the merchandise store will remain open after the show concludes, while supplies last.

  3. Can I go out and buy merch after entering the queueing hall?

    Yes, you are allowed to exit the queueing hall to purchase merchandise. Your queueing number remains valid until doors open for your specified ticket category.

  4. Any purchase quota for each person? 

    There is no purchase quota for each person.

Inside the arena

  1. Can I bring drinks and snacks inside?

    Eating is not allowed inside the event hall. Additionally, glass/plastic bottles, aluminium cans, and reusable bottles (e.g., thermos flasks) are not permitted inside the event hall.

  2. Can I go out after the show begins?

    Yes, you can leave and re-enter the event hall after the show has started. For audience who would like to re-enter the event hall, please have your concert admission ticket scanned by our staff at the exit before leaving the hall. Failure to do so may result in inability to re-enter the hall and no refund shall be provided.
