Queueing Hall Opens: 5PM @ Hall 3
Admission Starts: 7PM
Show Starts: 8PM

  • Door open time will be subject to change as the case may be. 
  • After the queueing hall opens, audience who arrive at the queueing hall before 7PM may enter according to their queueing number.

  • Please bring your own shopping bag.
  • Exchange of defect products will be possible immediately after purchase. There will be no refunds or exchanges after you have left the merchandise booth. 

 Admission Notice

  1. Only allow audience aged 12 or above and with a height of not less than 140cm to entry
  2. A valid original ticket must be provided for admission.
  3. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  4. All tickets must purchase from official ticketing agents. Defaced, damaged, copied or otherwise altered tickets will not be entertained.
  5. No ticket scalping is allowed. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association.
  6. For audience who would like to re-enter the event hall, please have your concert admission ticket scanned by our staff at the exit before leaving the hall. Failure to do so may result in inability to re-enter the hall and no refunds shall be provided.
  7. Audience must undergo bag checks for their bags/backpacks before entering the venue. Handbags/backpacks larger than 38 X 30 X 20 cm (15 X 12 X 8 inches), All cameras, recording devices, tablets, selfie sticks, and folding chairs are prohibited from being brought into the performance venue. Long umbrellas are not allowed in the concert.
  8. Unauthorized photography, videography, and audio recording are strictly prohibited inside the performance venue.
  9. No outside food and beverage are allowed in AsiaWorld-Expo.
  10. All drinks in bottle must have caps/lids removed before entering.
  11. Liquid inside reusable bottles must be removed before entering.
  12. No glass, aluminum can, and inflated objects that are lighter-than-air in any kinds of materials (i.e. balloons), hazardous materials, weapons, aerosol cans and any sharp objects is allowed inside the event hall.
  13. Fan banners/ signs must not be bigger than A4 size.
  14. For safety reason, selfie sticks are prohibited in AsiaWorld-Expo.
  15. Smoking is prohibited in AsiaWorld-Expo.
  16. Possessing or using any illegal drugs is prohibited inside AsiaWorld-Expo.
  17. Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within AsiaWorld-Expo.
  18. Possessing and using fireworks, pyro or laser device is prohibited.
  19. No remote-controlled aerial device or toy is allowed (e.g. model helicopters or drones).
  20. Patrons who throw objects on stage will be immediately ejected from the venue without refunds.
  21. Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the event.  However, admittance is not guaranteed due to lateness.
  22. No animals are permitted in AsiaWorld-Expo except registered guide dogs upon obtaining prior written consent of AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited.
  23. The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of AsiaWorld-Expo, event organiser and the official ticketing agent, as amended from time to time without notice, and use of this ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of same.
  24. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited as the venue provider cannot guarantee the participant’s view is totally free from any obstruction during an event.
  25. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
  26. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.
