2024-25 2NE1 ASIA TOUR [WELCOME BACK] IN MACAO

Show Date: 22-23 February 2025 (Sat-Sun)
Venue: The Venetian Arena

Admission Times & Arrangement

Queueing Hall Opens: 10AM (Feb 22 & 23)
VIP Queueing Hall Location:  L1 Florence Ballroom (Next to The Venetian Arena)
$1699 Standing GA Queueing Hall Location: L1 Sicily Ballroom (Next to The Venetian Arena)
Admission Starts: 6:30PM (Feb 22) / 4:30PM (Feb 23)
Show Starts: 8PM (Feb 22) / 6PM (Feb 23)

  • Door open time may be subject to change as the case may be.
  • VIP and Standing GA audience please may queue in the designated waiting area. Audience should queue up according to the Bay Number printed on each ticket. The order inside designated queueing area is sorted according to the audience's arrival time. Audience will be guided into the venue in the sequential order start from smaller bay in their respective standing zones.

VIP Admission Arrangement

VIP Early Entry: 5PM (Feb 22) / 3PM (Feb 23)
Soundcheck Party: 6PM (Feb 22) / 4PM (Feb 23)

  • All VIP ticket holders must follow the VIP admission schedule.

Terms & Conditions for VIP Experience

  1. VIP laminate and lanyard will be distributed at admission, uncollected items will be forfeited.
  2. Refunds or exchanges are not allowed.
  3. Soundcheck Party attendees may stay inside the event hall after the session finishes.
  4. Latecomers will not allowed to enter the event hall.
  5. VIP experience event details are subject to change; please refer to Live Nation HK social media channels for the latest news and updates.

Location: 1/F Central Concourse (After admission)
Operation Hours：6:30PM (Feb 22) / 4:30PM (Feb 23) – while supplies last

  • Please bring your own shopping bag.
  • Exchange of defect products will be possible immediately after purchase. There will be no refunds or exchanges after you have left the merchandise booth. 

Admission Notice

Participants must comply to the following rules and regulations, anyone who fails to do so may be barred from entering, in which case the ticket fee would not be refunded.

  1. Age restriction: Aged 12 or above and with a height of no less than 140cm are permitted for standing zone. Aged 3 years or above for seated zone.
  2. Each ticket admits one person only. A valid original ticket must be provided for admission.
  3. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  4. All tickets must purchase from official ticketing agents. Defaced, damaged, copied or otherwise altered tickets will not be entertained.
  5. No ticket scalping is allowed. Venue and the event organiser reserve the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association.
  6. For audience who would like to re-enter the event hall, please have your concert admission ticket scanned by our staff at the exit before leaving the hall. Failure to do so may result in inability to re-enter the hall and no refunds shall be provided.
  7. Audience must undergo bag checks for their bags/backpacks before entering the venue. Handbags/backpacks larger than 38 X 30 X 20 cm (15 X 12 X 8 inches), professional cameras, camcorder, GoPro cameras, detachable lens cameras, telephoto lenses, phone detachable lenses, tablets, laptops, selfie sticks, recording devices, telescope are prohibited from being brought into the performance venue. If any of these restricted items are found, all equipment including SD cards will be confiscated.
  8. Long umbrellas and folding chairs are not allowed in the concert.
  9. No outside food and beverage are allowed in the venue.
  10. No alcoholic beverages are allowed inside the venue.
  11. All drinks in bottle must have caps/lids removed before entering.
  12. No glass, aluminum cans, reusable bottles, thermos flasks and inflated objects that are lighter-than-air in any kinds of materials (i.e. balloons), hazardous materials, weapons, aerosol cans and any sharp objects is allowed inside the event hall.
  13. Fan banners/ signs must not be bigger than 50cm X 50cm size.
  14. Mobile phones and point-and-shoot cameras are allowed, but no flash photography.
  15. Smoking is prohibited in the venue.
  16. Possessing or using any illegal drugs is prohibited inside the venue.
  17. Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within the venue.
  18. Possessing and using fireworks, pyro or laser device is prohibited.
  19. No remote-controlled aerial device or toy is allowed (e.g. model helicopters or drones).
  20. Patrons who throw objects on stage will be immediately ejected from the venue without refunds.
  21. Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the event.  However, admittance is not guaranteed due to lateness.
  22. No animals are permitted in the event hall except registered guide dogs upon obtaining prior written consent of the venue.
  23. The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of the venue, event organiser and the official ticketing agent, as amended from time to time without notice, and use of this ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of same.
  24.  as the venue provider cannot guarantee the participant’s view is totally free from any obstruction during an event.
  25. The Venetian Macao and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
  26. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.
